O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused 1 to 5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent - State and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent - de facto complainant.

2. This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.627 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners / accused 1 to 5 under Sections 420 IPC.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused 1 to 5 submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter and the 2nd respondent, who is the de facto complainant filed Crl.M.P.No.9759/2016 in Crl.P.No.8978/2016 to permit him to compound the above offence and to quash the proceedings.

4. Both the parties are present and submitted that they have amicably settled the matter and the 2nd respondent / de facto complainant may be permitted to compound the above offence. The parties are identified by their counsel.

Both the parties have signed in the joint memorandum of compromise and the same has been counter signed by their respective counsel. In view of these circumstances the Crl.M.P.No.9759/2016 in Crl.P.No.8978/2016 is allowed and the joint memorandum of compromise is made part of this order.

5. The proceedings C.C.No.627 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners / accused 1 to 5 under Sections 420 IPC are hereby quashed and the criminal petition is allowed in terms of the compromise. No costs.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS -------------------------------- 04.07.2016
