THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5571 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.121 of 2016 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parchur, Prakasam District.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners Dr. Challa Srinivas Reddy submitted that, as the case is of the year 2016, the petitioners are facing lot of inconvenience in prosecuting the proceedings, since it is a matrimonial dispute, requested this Court to direct the concerned to dispose of C.C.No.121 of 2016 on its file at the earliest.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without touching the merits of the case, the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parchur, Prakasam District is directed to dispose of C.C.No.121 of 2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the result, criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
