This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/respondents to quash the order dt.29.11.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.4819/2018 in D.V.C.No.132 of 2018, passed by the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

In accordance with the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, against any orders passed by the DVC Court, an appeal lies before the Court of Sessions. Unless such appeal is under Section 29 of the DVC Act is filed, the parties cannot approach this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the petition is not maintainable and is dismissed. In the event of the petitioners being aggrieved by any orders of the Sessions Court in the appeal, if any filed, the same can be questioned before this Court. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
