The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in dispossessing the petitioners from their land in an extent of Acs.2-00 in Sy.No.387 of Narsingaipally Village, Gopalpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on written instructions dated 19.07.2013 submits that based on the complaint of 4th respondent, police have registered a case in Cr.No.90 of 2013 against petitioners herein and others and the matter is under investigation. He further submits that except registering the above crime, the police have never harassed, threatened and interfered with the land of the petitioners. The statement made based on written instructions is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
