ORDER

This criminal petition is filed against the order dated 02.05.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.1903 of 2015 in M.C.No.14 of 2012 on the file of V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner. Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to quash the impugned order. However, it is open for the petitioner to appear before the Court below and file appropriate application to recall the warrant. In such an event, the Court below shall dispose of the said application on the same day on usual terms, in accordance with law.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
