THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.10310 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition came to be filed by the petitioner/A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of condition imposed in the order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.370 of 2016 in Crime No.213 of 2015 of CCS/SIT Police Station, Hyderabad by the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer twice a week i.e., on every Sunday and Wednesday between 9:00 A.M., and 5:00 P.M.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below and that he is put to much inconvenience by reason of said condition, hence seeks relaxation of the said condition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition, but, however submits that presence of A.3 is necessary since the investigation is still pending.

4. Since substantial investigation is over and as the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed, reporting before the S.H.O. concerned twice a week i.e., on every Sunday and Wednesday between 9:00 A.M., and 5:00 P.M., till charge sheet is filed, is modified as under:

The petitioner shall report before the S.H.O. concerned once in a week between 10:00 A.M., and 5:00 P.M., until further

orders. The other conditions, if any, shall remain unaltered.
