Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.11.2016 to the 3rd respondent, but no action has been taken on the same. Therefore, a request is made by the learned counsel for petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a time frame.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the said representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 09.11.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a

AVSS,J W.P.No.10998 of 2017 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
