HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.182 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) The appellant, who is present in person before this Court, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

The appellant is identified by her counsel Sri Raja Reddy Koneti. In addition to the same, she has produced original identity card issued by the Election Commission of India vide No.TZT1578782. The same is perused and returned to her. Permission for withdrawal of the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending, shall stand closed.
