Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Ms.Pingaii Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4. With their I I consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
Seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 2l .03.2022 submitted by the petitioner complaining about the drainage water being diverted into his patta land situated at Gorantlagunta Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal Rural District, the present Writ Petition is Iiled.
Having regard to the fact that t-he representation of the petitioner is already pending before respondent No.2 for consideration, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the represcntation made by the petitioner on 21.O3.2O22 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably,
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the order likely to be pas.sed by the respondent No.2 shall be communicated to tire petitioner' The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
