I Qucstioning the action of the respondent No.3 in calling t t the petitioner through Mr. Nandakumar to attend before them in respect of FIR.No.34l of 2022 on the pretext of questioning without even naming him in the said FIR at the behest of the respondent No.4 and his family members, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
When the matter is taken up, the learned Govemment Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions issued by the Sub-lnspector of Police, Patancheru Police Station, Sanga Reddy, has stated that based on the allegations made by A.l in Crime No.34l of 2022, the name of the petitioner has also been added and necessary investigation is in progress.
Having regard to the above, the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.
