HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1445 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the respondent issued the proceedings in Roc.No.1/AJC/NH 216 dated 23.03.2017 stating that the compensation was determined as per law and it is further stated if the petitioner is not satisfied with the compensation paid, he can approach the Arbitrator under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956. A perusal of the said proceedings would show that on 23.03.2017 the respondent has considered the representation of petitioner dated 13.01.2017 and issued the said proceedings.

In view of the above, this Contempt Case is dismissed. If the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to approach the Arbitrator under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
