The only grievance of the petitioner is that his application, dated 10-06-2019, in respect of his grievance in the writ petition is pending before the competent authority and the same is not being disposed of. As such, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to affected parties if any. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
