HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3597 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.10.07.2006 in I.A.No. 330 of 2013 in I.A.No.43 of 2013 in O.S.No.459 of 2012 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar whereby the application filed under Section 151 of C.P.C. to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the petition to restore I.A.No.43 of 2013 was dismissed.

Since the O.S.No.459 of 2012 was disposed of by the trial Court on 11.04.2014, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
