Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned respective Government Pleaders for Industries & Commerce; Revenue, and Home for respective respondents. Perused G.O.Ms.No.42 dated 29.03.2016 relied upon by the learned Government Pleaders, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petition and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain these Writ Petitions.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to make representations within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the Authorities concerned decide the representations within one week from the date of representations and any grievance is left open subsequently according to law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
