THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.3910 of 2018 O R D E R:

Though this Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.01.02.2018 in CMA.No.8 of 2015 of the Family Court-cum-VI Additional District Judge, Khammam, reversing the order dt.08.09.2014 in I.A.No.40 of 2013 in O.S.No.233 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam, the order of temporary injunction granted after contest by the trial Court on 08.09.2014 was vacated by the lower Appellate Court by the above said order after contest. 2.

In this view of the matter, the trial Court is directed to decide the said suit filed in the year 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 31st December, 2019.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
