This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.113 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station at Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 22.04.2017 in the Registry seeking to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
