THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No. 182 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This Company petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Company Petition No. 126 of 2014, the respondent company was wound up by order dated 30.03.2015. In those circumstances, no separate order winding up the respondent company need be passed in the present case.

As regards the claim of the petitioner, it shall be entitled to approach the Official Liquidator with necessary material in support of its claim, which shall be considered by the Official Liquidator as and when the claims are taken up for consideration. The Company Petition is therefore, closed.
