THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.22858 OF 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and Sri Alishetty Lakshminarayana, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage. The petitioners herein are claiming right over the land admeasuring Ac.1-01 guntas in Sy.No.130-AA3/2 and Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.130-AA1/1 situated at Bingidoddi Village, Ieeja Mandal, Gadwal District. They have submitted their objections dated 24.08.2021 to the 3rd respondent with a request to consider several aspects including the market value etc. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, without considering the objections submitted by the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is going to pass an award.

In view of the contention of the petitioners, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition to get specific instructions with regard to the status of the award proceedings.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent has not passed any award and he will consider the objections submitted by the petitioners dated 24.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the above said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the objections dated 24.08.2021 submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The 3rd respondent is further directed to communicate the said order to the petitioners herein.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
