Since there was no representation for the appellants on 29.1.2018, Registry was directed to list the present Second Appeal under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present. The appellants, though, have interim stay in their favour having taken it on 4.9.2000, but they are not inclined to prosecute the Second Appeal.

Hence, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
