THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SURESH KUMAR KAI T & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE ABHI NAND KUMAR SHAVI LI WRI T APPEAL No.808 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the order, dated 27.04.2018, passed by the learned single Judge of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.15315 of 2018. Respondent No.1 herein challenged the order, dated 27.03.

2018, issued by the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, and the same has been suspended by the learned single Judge of this Court and directed the Management to take steps for appointment of regular Principal, as expeditiously as possible, by considering the case of the appellant herein, along with other eligible candidates, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Two months are going to complete by 26.06.2018. Therefore, we deem it appropriate not to interfere with the aforesaid order and expect that the order, dated 27.04.2018, shall be complied, as per the directions issued by the learned single Judge of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.15315 of 2018.

The writ appeal is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, W.P.No.15315 of 2018 stands disposed of. It is needless to mention

SKK,J & AKS,J WA_808_2018 that the process for appointment of regular Principal shall be undertaken as per procedure and law.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
