HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C.No.264 OF 2015

O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 12.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.23499 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondents to supply stocks to the petitioner as long his authorisation is valid and subsisting or till the appointment of fair price shop dealer on permanent basis, whichever is earlier. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though no permanent appointments are made, the respondents have stopped supply of stocks to the petitioner from November, 2014. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies produced proceedings dated 10.06.2014 issued by Tahsildar wherein it is stated that since the authorisation of the petitioner is valid till November, 2014, the stocks were supplied till November, as such no contempt is committed by the respondents.

In the instant case, the fair price shop authorisation of the petitioner is valid only till November, 2014 and petitioner has also not produced any order showing that his appointment was extended. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J Date: 02.07.2015 dv
