Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for respondents 1 to 3. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. 3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and directing them to execute registered sale deed in favour of respondents 4 and 5 in respect of petitioners' property i.e., land to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents out of Ac.3.96 cents in Sy.N.33-2 situated at Gorredindla Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District, without having any jurisdiction, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere into the civil disputes between the parties.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties.

Learned Government Pleader did not dispute the same. 6.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents except in accordance with the procedure established by law.
