Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in issuing the notice in Rc.No. Al /1100/2015, dt.24.05.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Rule 43 of the Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.888 Revenue (Endowments-I) Department, dt.08.12.2000 and contrary to Act 4/2014 which is published in Government Gazette on 27.06.2014 and set-aside the same with a consequential direction directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service till he completes the age of 60 years with all consequential service benefits.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI W. B. SRINIVAS, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt. Pleader for Endowments(AP) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Stm K. Lalitha-SC on behalf of respondent No.3, the Court made the following.
ORDER :- "The petitioner is the employee of the temple governed by Rule 36 which makes the Special provisions, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service until further orders.
Post on 23-07-2015."
