HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36810 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in including the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.1.04 cents situated in Survey No.445-3 of Chettupally Village, Narsipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District under Section 22 (A) (1) (a) of the Registration Act, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court, the petitioner may be permitted to make an application before the committee constituted to deal with the said aspect and thereafter the authorities may be directed to consider the same.

3) Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before the committee constituted pursuant to the judgment of this Court in Vinj amuri Raj agopala Chary v. Government of Andhra Pradesh (W.A.No.343 of 2015, 232 of 2012 and 352 of 2013, dat ed 23.12.

with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
