THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.925 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., by the defendants, assailing the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2000 passed in A.S.No.127 of 1997 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupati, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dated 18.08.1997 passed in O.S.No.107 of 1991 on the file of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirupati, was set aside.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
