THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39475 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that petitioner's representation dt.20-11-2015 made to the 3rd respondent making certain allegations against 6th respondent is pending consideration with 3rd respondent, and in the meantime respondents are contemplating to award a tender pursuant to the tender notice No.1/GVC.1/2015-2016 dt.17-10-2015 to the 6th respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.20-11-2015 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
