THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.444 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the cheque, dated 21.06.2017, intended to the petitioner for an amount of Rs.1,26,420/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the said amount is in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.19957 of 2012, dated 11.02.2016, and the petitioner was also informed to collect the said cheque. 3.

Having regard to the statement of learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. 4.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
