This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings in CC.No.174 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bapatla, Guntur District. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent. 3.

The learned Public Prosecutor does not raise any counter argument to the fact submitted by the petitioner counsel that proceedings against A3, who stand on the same footing as that of the accused herein, were quashed by this Court by virtue of orders in CRLP.No.2627 of 2010 dated 12.11.2014. The copy of the order is also furnished.

Hence, following the said order and in terms thereof, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC.No.174 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bapatla, Guntur District against the petitioner are hereby quashed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
