Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 29.11.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw this writ petition. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, 'For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
