Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development. 2.

Petitioners are aggrieved by a letter dt.28-10-2015 issued by 3rd respondent directing the petitioners to appear to substantiate their action of constructing a bridge without permission on the Singareddy Miner Drainage. Petitioners have given representation dt.03-11-2015 explaining why they have constructed the said bridge.

The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the said representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
