HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.1000 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for petitioner/J.Dr No.2 and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for respondent/D.Hr and with their consent, the following order is passed: 2) It is agreed by both parties that in E.P.No.150 of 2014 in O.S.No.74 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, the amounts so far attached and brought to the execution Court shall be given due credit in the E.P and the petitioner/J.Dr No.2 is ready to pay the balance amount due with accrued interest thereof within five(5) months from today, in which case the D.Hr is ready to receive the same and close the E.P. In the event of petitioner/J.Dr No.2 failing to honour his commitment, the D.Hr will be at liberty to proceed with the execution for realisation of the balance of E.P amount due. During the aforesaid five(5) months period, the attachment of salary of petitioner/J.Dr No.2 is suspended.

3) The C.R.P is disposed of accordingly. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
