SKK,J Crl.P_16077_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.210 of 2015 of Repalle Town Police Station, Guntur District registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Modus Operandi in the present crime can only be ascertained in the custodial interrogation.

Hence, I find no merit in this Criminal Petition, and the same is, accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
