ORDER:
Though the relief sought for by the petitioner is with regard to Plot No.315 in Sy.No.74/7 of Autonagar, Akkarampalli, Tirupati, similar issue came up with regard to another plot in the same survey number, which was considered and disposed of by this Court in WP.No.15215 of 2015 dated 02.06.2015.
In view of that, this writ petition is also disposed of with similar direction as under:
"For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 25.07.2012 passed by this Court in W.P. No.22642 of 2012, this writ petition is allowed directing the 04t h respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject plots. In the event the said documents are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 04t h respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure." As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
