There was no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when this matter was taken up on 28.10.2016. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 04.11.2016.

Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. Interim order dated 24.06.2008 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
