Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she has not been issued e-Passbook-cum-title deed, and was not extended the benefits of Rythubandhu scheme in respect of her land in an extent of Ac.0-04 guntas in Survey No.502/ 21 of Palamakula Village, Nangunoor Mandal, Siddipet District (Old Medak District), in spite of her making a representation on 29.05.2018.

In the light of the fact that the procedure governing the grant of e-Passbooks is notified in Circular No.34 dated 28.06.2017, the claim of the petitioner be examined and necessary orders be passed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
