When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the unit of the petitioner at Hyderabad has been closed and the grievance of the respondent-workmen has been resolved and that in view of the subsequent development, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
