THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.591 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the land to an extent of Acres 0.19 guntas in Survey No.99 of Danavayigudem Village, Khammam Rural Mandal of Khammam District. He states that it is an ancestral property. When wrong entries were made in the revenue records for the year 1993-94, he applied for correction of the records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds. However, the 3rd respondent, without conducting proper enquiry, issued order on 15.06.2010, rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds on the ground that it is a Government land. Against the said order, he preferred an appeal before the 2nd respondent and the said appeal was also dismissed on 01.12.2010. Thereafter, he preferred a revision before the 1st respondent on 24.12.2010 and when the same is not disposed of by the 1st respondent, even after assigning Revision No.3/2011, the present writ petition is filed.

2.

It is unfortunate that the revision of 2010 is not disposed of by the 1st respondent by now. Hence, in view of the above, 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision No.3/2011, preferred by the petitioner, against the order dated 01.12.2010 of the 2nd respondent, within a period

of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving due notice to the parties affected in accordance with law.

3.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
