THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2158 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that it had filed an application for issuance of trade licence for trading Subabul, Eucalyptus and Casurina plants to 3rd respondent on 22.09.2015, but the respondents have not passed any orders thereon till date.

2. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders on petitioner's application dt.22.09.2015 for issuance of trade licence for trading in the above products within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
