The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.8.2014, as illegal and arbitrary. Mr. P.Bhakthavatsal, learned counsel for the petitioner addressed letter, dated 23.11.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that his client is not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the said letter and requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
