Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that they have filed a letter dated 16.09.2016 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
