HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6166 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 03.10.2016, wherein the 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent to submit a report to pass orders in the appeal filed by the unofficial respondents.

Learned Senior Counsel Sri P.Venugopal appearing for the petitioners submits that though no orders passed in the appeal by the 3rd respondent, steps are being taken for altering the revenue records.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

A reading of the impugned order goes to show that the 3rd respondent only called for a report. There is no direction to the 4th respondent in the impugned order to change the entries. The writ petition is filed only on mere apprehension. Until the appeal filed by the unofficial respondents is disposed of, the entries in the revenue records cannot be changed.

Subject to above observation, the petitioner is dismissed. However, petitioner can take all pleas available under law, in the appeal filed by the unofficial respondents

and the 3rd respondent is obligated to consider the said objections and decide the matter. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 01.03.2017 t k
