HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.7219 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 18.08.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.16.08.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7219 of 2023. Learned Counsel for petitioner/accused submits that this Court on 16.08.2023 passed order in Crl.P.No.7219 of 2023 granting regular bail to petitioner/accused; and that at fourth line of para 6(i) of the operative portion of the order, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'Superintendent, Central Prison, Chanchalguda' instead of 'XIX Special Court for the trial of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Cases-cum-XII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Court name in fourth line of para 6(1) as 'XIX Special Court for the trial of

the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act Cases-cum-XII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad' instead of 'Superintendent Central Prison, Chanchalguda.' and issue corrected copy of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.16.08.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.7219/2023 stands corrected. ____________ KS,J tk
