Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to file appropriate application for modification of interim maintenance awarded by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Court - cum - Additional Family Court - cum - XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P. No.1883 of 2016 in M.C. No.167 of 2015 in view of the subsequent events that are brought to the notice of this Court.
