THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.25456 of 2015 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief - " It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the crime on the petitioner's complaint dated 8.7.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to register a crime pursuant to the complaint dated 8.7.2015 made by the petitioner to the respondents 2 and 3 and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, written instructions furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Chandur Police Station, Nalgonda District has been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the relevant portion of the same reads as under :

" It is submitted that the petitioner sent his compliant dated 8.7.2015 by registered post to the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda District. The Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda District forwarded the said complaint dated 8.7.2015 to the SHO, Chandur PS Nalgonda District on 21.8.2015. Immediately, on 21.8.2015 itself, the SHO, Chandur PS registered crime No.92/2015 u/s 384 r/w 511, 507 IPC.

It is submitted that the police are taking steps to call for the complainant and his witnesses for the purpose of examining them and to record their detailed statements and proceed with enquiry in accordance with law."

Noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioners requests to dispose of the writ petition by recording the above written instructions. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of by recording the above written instructions furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Chandur Police Station, Nalgonda District. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
