CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM TAX REVISION CASE No. 36 of 2002 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) The Tribunal disposed of two tax appeals, viz., T.A.No.776 of 1996 and T.A.No.777 of 1996 by its common order dated 08.08.2000. Questioning the orders in T.A.No.776 of 1996, T.R.C.No.36 of 2002 and as against T.A.No.777 of 1996, T.R.C.No.48 of 2002 were filed before this Court.

Both the learned counsels submit that T.R.C.No.48 of 2002 came to be dismissed by this Court on 01.04.2002. 3.

Inasmuch as the order dated 08.08.2000 is a common order passed by the Tribunal in T.A.Nos.776 and 777 of 1996, the same result in T.R.C.No.48 of 2002 should follow in the present T.R.C.No.36 of 2002 which is filed against T.A.No.776 of 1996. 4.
