THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3188 OF 2016 ORDER:

Both the counsel for the petitioner and respondent agreed to disallow interest for the period of 644 days delay caused in filing the appeal in the claim petition.

With the consent of both the counsel, Order passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II, Hyderabad, in E.C.I.A. No.1 of 2015 in W.C. No.110 of 2015 is modified as under:

The delay of 644 days in filing the appeal is condoned, but the claimant is not entitled to any interest for the period of 644 days delay.

With the above modification, the revision petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
