3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, would submit that investigation in the subject crime was completed, charge-sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and Calendar Case number is assigned'

4. Under these circumstances, nothing :;urvives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedies available under law.
