HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5024 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.362 of 2014 of Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Section 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Telangana) for the State before notice to respondent No.2/de facto complainant and before admission.

Perused the material on record. As the material falls short for this Court to admit the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the same is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners from the factual matrix admits their entitlement to the regular bail, to surrender and move for regular bail before the learned Special Judge concerned and in such event after notice to Special Public Prosecutor, the learned Special Judge concerned shall hear and grant bail preferably on the same day or at least by next day. Needless to say, at the post bail stage pending investigation their presence can be dispensed with. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
