APPEAL SUIT No.4541 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 16.10.2014 in O.S.No.39 of 1996 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.

Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the appellants has addressed letter, dated 22.01.2015 to the Registry wherein he has stated that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the appeal in view of settlement of dispute outside the Court. At the hearing, Sri K.Neelakanteswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the appellants has reiterated the said request.

In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of appeal as withdrawn, AS.MP.Nos.16314 of 2004 and 317 of 2008 filed by the appellants stand disposed of as infructuous.
