THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20238 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in conducting the inquiry as requested by the 1st petitioner on representation dated 29.05.2017 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 25 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cause inquiry on the representation dated 29.05.2017 submitted by the 1st petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to direct respondent No.1 herein to consider the representation, dated 29.05.2017, of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 29.05.2017, of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
